Problem
- Client wanted to build a digital platform for their wedding venues and allow the consumer to manage all their wedding requirement under one app - right from booking for a venue to deciding out the catering service provider as well)
- It was becoming difficult for our client to market the venues available and to boost up the sales of their wedding business
- Client was keen to have a Content Management System to manage out the content on the app, that to with a minimum efforts and expenditure
Our Approach
- A Hybrid app was developed for both Android and iOS (Using Flutter ) platform, app was made live transition from offline to Online was achieved within 2 months
- App has been integrated with the User Engagement tool (Appsflyer) to view the user behavior and allow the Client to run User Engagement campaigns
- Content Management System was developed using a readily available CMS (Strapi was used to support it out) which can be scaled up and developed using the structure of our databases , also the customizations required by client was taken into account and was ensured it’s customized enough
- App was integrated with a live streaming option and the whole marriage can be streamed live
Benefit to the client
- An app was launched on Play Store within 2.5 months within the commencement of the Project
- The app helped the client to increase the booking of their physical venues present
- CMS was developed within minimum efforts and time frame, all the data present in the app was dynamic and was easily being managed by a CMS
